That was wonderfully convenient because I wanted to have the plaque sent to my brother in a different state, for the loss of his dog. I did not want to have it shipped to me first, where I'd have to add a photo myself, then ship it out to my brother. Nor did I want the plaque with a blank picture to be sent to him. I LOVED the fact that they do it for you with an emailed picture!!! I also liked that Bob sent me an email to give me an update / answer I question, very quickly. I felt like I was not just dealing with a company but a real person :) The service was very fast, and the quality of the item (my brother loved it!) was amazing! Would very, very highly recommend!!!
