Your personalized frame will be engraved with your title, our Beagle Dog & Paws design and up to 4 names. If 2 or more names, we'll engrave a small dog paw graphic between each name.

I ordered the frame asking for a proof approval.  I received the proof quickly and approved it.  Communication between Etched in My Heart was excellent.  I received the frame within a few days....also excellent.  It was packaged nicely for protection as well as in a gift box (nice touch).  My only somewhat negative comment was that the personalization did not completely reflect what was depicted in the picture.  The lettering could have been "filled in" darker to better show the names.  Other than that, it was a good experience overall.  The frame was a gift for my daughter and she loved it.
