Beautiful! September 27, 2015 Reviewer: Jill Miller from Lexington, KY United States   The memorial frame I got is just wonderful!  It's hard to explain, but it's apparent that the product was personalized with care and shipped as quickly as possible.  This product was received within just a couple of days of being ordered, and I get the feeling that this company realizes the meaning if what they're selling, and truly cares about their customer.  Thank you so much. Very nicely done August 31, 2015 Reviewer: Kevin Borchers from Phoenix, AZ United States   I couldn't be more pleased. This was a gift for a friend who'd lost her dog suddenly, and just being able to do something was nice, but everyone made the purchasing process easy and gratifying, including catching and fixing a spelling mistake!  I couldn't be more pleased with the service, or the item quality.  Thanks! Sent as a gift January 17, 2015 Reviewer: Kerri from Tucson, AZ United States   I ordered this frame as a gift to someone who gave some of her departed pet's items to our pet, so I'll probably never see it. I did have some difficulty with ordering though. When I added a message to the card, it would not place the item in my "cart". The next day, I called the number under contacts and was told to order the frame and send the message in an email. They responded promptly, apologized for the inconvenience, and processed my order quickly after that. I am satisfied with the service provided. I saw many frames with the same message elsewhere, but this is the only website where I could find this message and an option to personalize it. I'm sure the recipient will love it.
