I ordered this frame as a gift to someone who gave some of her departed pet's items to our pet, so I'll probably never see it. I did have some difficulty with ordering though. When I added a message to the card, it would not place the item in my "cart". The next day, I called the number under contacts and was told to order the frame and send the message in an email. They responded promptly, apologized for the inconvenience, and processed my order quickly after that. I am satisfied with the service provided. I saw many frames with the same message elsewhere, but this is the only website where I could find this message and an option to personalize it. I'm sure the recipient will love it.
